I/O Tech Services, LLC

The Company

I/O Tech Services, LLC opened it's doors October 15, 2012 for the first time to residential clientele offering a variety of services ranging from laptop screen repair to complete custom desktops. Our name became well known with local IT departments for offering competent and reliable service; receiving referals from other IT professionals in the area.

September 1, 2016 - Our Company built a strong reputation among the residents of Mid Coast Maine over the course of several years. As the business grew, our services expanded and we decided to "go commercial." As a result, we have now opened our service catalog to include comprehensive data backup solutions and monthly maintenance programs.

September 2022 - After we attended a conference with esteemed industry professionals, we made the strategic decision to transition from the traditional "break-fix" method to a comprehensive Managed Service Provider. This transformation allows us to better serve our valued business community by addressing their evolving technology needs.

August 1, 2023 - Our Company has fully committed to our endeavor, poised for exponential growth in the near future. We are excited to introduce new services and features that will further enhance our client's experience.

May 1, 2025 - I/O Tech Services has proudly opened the doors to a new office in the heart of downtown Brunswick, marking a significant milestone in our journey to provide exceptional technology solutions. This strategic location was chosen to offer our clients a convenient and accessible space where they can engage with us face-to-face. Nestled amidst the Lemont Block of Brunswick, ensuring that we are always within reach to address the unique needs of our clients.
